When will Enterprise be available?+
Soon. We’re building it now. Contact sales and tell us what your team needs. We’ll let you know when Enterprise opens and which features are ready.
Does every Enterprise plan include every feature?+
No. Enterprise is built to order. Every listed feature is available, and we agree on the ones your team needs, such as data placement, support terms, or invoice billing. Pricing follows from what we agree.
How is the durability SLA different from Standard?+
On Standard, our SLA covers availability only (99.99%). Durability is designed for 99.999999999% (eleven nines), but that’s an engineering target, not a commitment. When an Enterprise agreement includes the durability SLA, durability becomes a contractual commitment, on the terms set out in that agreement.
How does physical data transport work?+
There are two methods. External drive: we ship an external drive to you, you copy your data onto it, and we send a courier to pick it up. On-site server: we install a storage server at your location, transfer your data onto it, and then transport the server back to our data center. With either method, we load the data into your buckets, encrypted like every other upload. Physical data transport is available in Thailand only.
When should we use physical data transport instead of uploading?+
When a dataset is too large to upload over your connection in a reasonable time, such as an initial migration or an archive. We agree the method, timeline, and price with you as part of your agreement.
Can we start on Standard now?+
Yes. Standard is open today. Start building now, and talk to us about Enterprise when your team is ready.
